In-stock items typically ship within 72 hours. Items made to order, including mattresses and certain bedding products ship within 7-10 days.

Orders cancelled prior to shipment will be refunded. Custom orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns and Refunds
Unused and unopened products in new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a refund or store credit. Items will be subject to quality inspection and a refund will only be issued if the item passes inspection.
Exceptions include mattresses, subject to the terms of our 90-day mattress comfort exchange policy, toppers, foundations and box springs, and custom-order products.
Freight charges are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
All returns require an RMA. Please visit the Returns Center to submit a return request and receive an RMA. (You may also check the status of an existing return request there.)
There are NO Returns on Clearance items - as they are final sale.
There are NO Returns on Pet Beds or Pet Bed covers.
90-Day Mattress Comfort Exchange
We know you’ll love your new mattress, but in the unlikely event you are at all uncomfortable, contact customer service for a consultation and to arrange for a one-time exchange. You have as many as 90 days from the date of delivery to request a comfort exchange, after you've slept on your new mattress for at least 15 nights.
Clearance mattresses, crib mattresses, the Maton®, hide-a-bed, youth bed and custom orders are not eligible for an exchange.
Pricing and Promotions
