In-Stock Items

Typically ship within 72 hours of order confirmation.

Made-to-Order Items

Production times are typically 14–21 business days unless otherwise stated.
If production exceeds 21 business days due to material or other delays, we may contact you at the email or phone number you provided to update you on revised lead times.

Once an item has been shipped, neither the delivery address nor the service level can be changed.

Tracking

All shipments will receive a tracking number at the time of booking, and this tracking information will be provided to you in a shipment notification email. Please note there may be delays between when a shipment is booked and when it is collected. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.
